Those persons who feel called to become involved in the ministry of the congregation by serving on a team, committee of Council, or working group are most welcome to do so. You must first complete a Spiritual Gifts Inventory, and then meet with a group of your peers and the Minister who will help you to discern your gifts and particular suitability for lay ministry. (For some ministries, a combination of gifts and training is necessary.)

• Commitment to the congregation's mission and ministry goals
