Gilmore Park United Church is a newer building which is fully accessible with covered parking. There are washrooms on both floors with child-size toilets available on the first floor. Tables, chairs, whiteboards and a podium are available.

We rent for classes, lessons, meetings, weddings (and receptions) funerals (and receptions), banquets, parties and celebrations.

If alcohol is being considered, you should know that it is mandatory for the renter to acquire a liquor license and "Commercial/General Legal Liability and Host Liquor Legal Liability" insurance. Only wine and beer may be served.

We have special rental rates for non-profit groups.

Youth Center & Discovery Place

• 440 sq foot rooms with seating for 18 at tables

Music Room

• 930 sq foot room with piano

Sanctuary

• Seats 240 theatre style with cushioned pews and sloped floor for optimal viewing
• Raised chancel with fully movable or removable furniture
• Concert acoustics
• Grand piano and pipe organ (separate fees)
• State-of-the-art sound system with podium mic, lapel mics, wireless hand-held mic and singing quality mics
• Computer and projection system with motorized screen (separate fees)

Activity Room

• 2400 sq feet with seating for up to 150 at tables
• Kitchen with industrial gas stove and grille, industrial dishwasher and microwave adjacent to activity room (separate fee)

Additional Items to be included in rentals may include a host, sound tech, piano, organ, set-up/clean-up (see rates sheet for fees).
